KENYAN PEABERRY

ROAST GUIDEA HIDDEN GEM! Peaberries are singular beans that develop inside the coffee fruit without a partner. Their solitary origin gives them a distinct rounded shape (there's no neighbor flattening them out) and more vibrant characteristics. We've given these beans a Full City roast to allow their fruity and chocolatey notes to run wild, but slightly tame their acidity. They're aromatic, bright, and full of flavor.

This blend from the beginning of coffee craft has stood the test of time because of it's pairing of two exceptional and complimentary coffees. Our version is a blend of bright, sweet and fruity Ethiopian from the Yirgacheffe region and rich, smooth, and deep bodied Indonesian Java Estate from the island of Java. This is why we craft coffee.
