Is your coffee organic?
We offer both organic and conventional coffees. For clarity on where to find our organic coffee products, please check out our Organic menu items.
How Can I Save on Shipping?
Free standard shipping kicks in automatically when you reach $40(domestically). We also offer additional shipping deals from time to time so join our mailing list to ensure you see all of our deals.
When Will My Order Ship?
We typically ship out orders within two business days. Please keep in mind that we are closed on weekends. Once your order is processed, you’ll get an email update letting you know that your coffee is on the way.
Can I Adjust my order after it has been placed?
We can’t adjust or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please double-check your address, order, quantity, and billing details. That said, if there is an issue, please contact our Customer Experience team at orders@capitalcityroasters.com as soon as possible, and we will help to resolve the issue.
How Do I Track My Order?
After you place your order, you will receive automated email messages with updates and tracking information.
What if My Order is Incorrect or Damaged?
If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can make things right. Email us and we will contact you within one business day to address any issues.
Do you Offer International Shipping?
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.
What is Your Return Policy?
Coffee is perishable, so we’re unable to accept returns of coffee. That said, if there was an error with your order, if your dissatisfied with you coffee, or have concerns about the quality, please let us know. Email us and we will contact you within one business day to address any issues.
Can I Subscribe to Multiple Coffees?
Of course! On your initial order, you can add as many coffees as you wish to your cart, just make sure that the product (size, grind, etc.) is correct and the subscription details (amount of bags, frequency of delivery) are accurate.
Will My Subscription Ship Free?
We’re excited to offer 15% savings on our coffee through our subscription program, but subscriptions will not automatically ship free. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $40. If your order total is over $40, it will ship free. Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply and will be added to your recurring total.
