The A1 makes sense when the business needs a true commercial machine but does not need two baristas extracting simultaneously. It is especially relevant for restaurants, bakeries, small cafés, mobile programs, and wine bars.
The A2 is the practical two-group starting point for cafés and foodservice operations that want more simultaneous capacity without paying for a larger premium platform.
The M26 offers full-width two-group capacity, programmable dosing, professional steaming, and a more conventional La Cimbali machine format for growing operations.
The S30 solves a different problem. It is designed for hotels, offices, amenity spaces, restaurants, and hospitality programs that need repeatable one-touch drinks without a trained barista operating the machine.
A cheap online quote does not help when the machine goes down during service. We sell commercial equipment as a supported program, not a curbside box drop.
We are an authorized commercial equipment dealer with in-house technicians. We help with site planning, electrical and plumbing requirements, water treatment, setup, and ongoing service, so the recommendation has to work after the sale.
We also roast and supply the coffee. That means we think through the complete program: machine, grinder, water, workflow, drink quality, service access, and beans, not just the equipment transaction.
