Generally 15 or more employees. Below that threshold, a quality consumer or prosumer machine often makes more sense than a full commercial program. Above 15, the economics of a managed program typically work well, and the coffee quality and reliability are noticeably better than pod or consumer-grade solutions. Offices above 50 employees almost always benefit significantly from a properly scaled commercial setup.
Should we lease or purchase equipment?
It depends on your budget structure and how long you plan to stay in your space. Purchase gives you ownership and lower long-term cost. Financing options are available if you want to spread the investment. Some programs include equipment as part of a coffee service arrangement. Can you deliver coffee on a recurring schedule?

Do you provide maintenance and service?

Is the coffee actually premium, or is it commodity coffee rebranded?
It's actually premium. Capital City Coffee Roasters has been roasting coffee in the Capital Region since 1999. We source, roast, and deliver the coffee ourselves. How quickly can you have a new setup installed?
Typically within one to two weeks of finalizing your program. The timeline depends on equipment availability and your schedule.
