Enigma E’4s/Classic
The Eversys Enigma E’4s/Classic pairs automated espresso preparation with a hands-on milk workflow. It has two steam wands with Everfoam, giving staff the option to texture milk manually or use Everfoam-assisted steaming for milk-based drinks.
The manufacturer rates the machine for up to 350 espresso drinks per peak hour and up to four drinks at once. With two groups, two grinders, and a 64-cup warmer, it is designed for demanding service periods where drink capacity and barista control both matter.
