The Invicta represents the inclinations of the modern cafe: efficient, precise, and inviting. Quick-locking steam activation requires only a quarter turn to activate, and the cool-touch steam wands prevent burning. Three buttons per group allow quick activation of programmed brew cycles, with low pressure preinfusion and volumetric controls that ensure each espresso is brewed with the best possible care. The Invicta’s touchscreen interface allows users to easily navigate brewing parameters for dialing in espresso.

The engine of the Invicta is what drives its ingenuity. Using only a single boiler and building on Rancilio’s Steady Brew tech, the regulated heat exchange circuit features an insulated group that maintains temperature as the thermosiphon circulates hot water when not in use. When activated, the Invicta’s programming knows exactly how to heat the group with its Smart Flush feature. A T-switch on each group allows the user to independently control temperature further.

Quick and easy access to all machine settings. There are 2 types of interface — “easy” with only the main settings and “tech” for more experienced baristas — and 3 different menus dedicated to baristas, managers and technicians.

By keeping the water temperature stable during extraction, Steady Brew guarantees excellent thermal stability, reliability and maximum repeatability, both during busy periods and in low usage conditions.

The barista can vary the water pressure both in the initial stage (pre-infusion) and in the final stage (post-infusion) of the extraction process, choosing between water line pressure or pump pressure, and also adjust the duration of all stages (pre-infusion, extraction, post-infusion).

Rancilio Invicta Warranty and Service:

This Rancilio commercial coffee machine includes installation, one year labor warranty, 1 year parts warranty, and 1 year preventative maintenance service.  Warranty and installation on equipment purchased through 1st in coffee is “Guaranteed and coordinated directly by the manufacturer” ensuring the highest level of support and service for your equipment. Warranty requires that water hardness must be maintained at 2-3 GPG. A dedicated water softener/filter is required.
