ROAST GUIDE

This peaberry coffee comes to us from the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Similar to other Tanzanian grown coffee but with it's own individual flare. Peaberries are singular beans that develop inside the coffee fruit without a partner. Their solitary origin gives them a distinct rounded shape (there's no neighbor flattening them out) and more vibrant characteristics. We've given these beans a Full City roast to allow their fruity and chocolatey notes to run wild, but slightly tame their acidity. They're aromatic, bright, and full of flavor.
