Getting started right

Value doesn’t mean compromise on commercial duty

Controlling upfront cost is a legitimate priority, not a corner being cut. The machines on this page are commercial-grade equipment built for daily commercial use, priced for operators who don't want to overspend on features they won't use.

These three paths cover the range we see most often for value-focused buyers: a compact value option, a standard-footprint value machine, and a no-frills volumetric platform that skips the extras driving up price elsewhere.

We'll confirm which one actually fits your volume before you spend a dollar more than you need to.

  • Fit
Budget-conscious first-time buyersYou want commercial reliability without paying for features you won't use.
  • Fit
Operations with moderate, predictable volumeYou're not pushing peak-hour high volume, and don't need to pay for headroom you won't use.
  • Fit
Buyers comparing total cost of ownershipYou're weighing upfront price against maintenance and service costs, not just the sticker price.
  • Ask
High-volume, multi-barista barsIf your volume is genuinely high, a higher-tier machine may cost less over time. Ask us.

Why buy from us

Why value-focused buyers choose Capital City

Controlling cost doesn't mean you're on your own after the sale. Here's what buying value-tier from us actually looks like.

We service what we sell

Our in-house technician services the machines we sell. No 1-800 number, no waiting on a technician from out of state.

Installation coordination

We help coordinate installation requirements, including electrical, plumbing, filtration, and site readiness, before your machine arrives.

Training included

We train your staff on the machine and grinder, dialing in shots, steaming milk, and daily cleaning routines.

Honest recommendations

We don't push machines we can't support. If none of these three fit, we'll tell you what will.

Grinder pairing included

We help pair the machine with the right espresso grinder, including separate regular and decaf setups when needed.

We roast the coffee too

Family-owned since 1999. Trusted by 200+ businesses. We think about your whole opening program, not just the equipment sale.

Common questions

Before you buy

Which value-tier machine is right for my business?
It depends on your expected volume and budget range. The three machines on this page cover the range we see most often for value-focused buyers. Tell us your details and we'll confirm which one fits, or point you to something else.
Do you install machines?
We help coordinate installation requirements, including electrical, plumbing, filtration, and site readiness. For customers in our local service area, this includes hands-on installation support. We'll confirm exactly what's included for your location on your consultation call.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes. We have an in-house technician who services the machines we sell. That's part of why we're careful about which brands we carry and which machines we recommend, we need to be able to support what we sell.
Do I need a grinder too?
Yes, in almost every case. A machine is only as good as the grinder feeding it. We help pair the right grinder to your volume and menu, including separate regular and decaf setups when needed, as part of your recommendation.
Do you help budget-conscious buyers who have never bought commercial equipment before?
Yes, this is most of what we do. We'll help you choose the machine and grinder, plan for voltage and plumbing, and get you set up with coffee and service from day one, all without overspending on features you don't need.
Is financing available?
Financing may be available depending on the machine and buyer profile. We can discuss options after we understand the equipment fit.
Should I browse machines first or request a recommendation?
Either works. If you already have a model in mind, browse our full catalog. If you'd rather not guess, request a recommendation and we'll point you to the right fit based on your specific buildout, no pressure either way.
