Getting started right

Why super-automatic often fits here

Restaurants, hotels, and offices rarely have a dedicated barista running the espresso program full-time. Espresso is part of the service, not the whole business, and the equipment should match that reality.

These three paths cover the range we see most often in these settings: a straightforward super-automatic for lower-traffic service, a higher-throughput step up, and a touch-screen platform for a wider drink menu with minimal training.

We'll confirm whether traditional or super-automatic actually fits your staffing before you commit to either.

Hotels and hospitality with rotating staffStaff turnover is normal, and consistency shouldn't depend on who's working.

Why buy from us

Why restaurants, hotels & offices choose Capital City

Espresso is one part of a bigger operation. Here's what support looks like when it's not your main focus.

We service what we sell

Our in-house technician services the machines we sell. No 1-800 number, no waiting on a technician from out of state.

Installation coordination

We help coordinate installation requirements, including electrical, plumbing, filtration, and site readiness, before your machine arrives.

Training included

We train your staff on the machine and grinder, dialing in shots, steaming milk, and daily cleaning routines.

Honest recommendations

We don't push machines we can't support. If none of these three fit, we'll tell you what will.

Grinder pairing included

We help pair the machine with the right espresso grinder, including separate regular and decaf setups when needed.

We roast the coffee too

Family-owned since 1999. Trusted by 200+ businesses. We think about your whole opening program, not just the equipment sale.

How it works

3

You get an honest recommendation

One or two options with honest notes on each — what fits, what doesn't, what it costs to own.

Purchase, installation coordination, training, and ongoing service. We're here after opening day.

Common questions

Before you decide

Which machine is right for a restaurant, hotel, or office?
It depends on your staffing, volume, and how central espresso is to your service. The three machines on this page cover the range we see most often in these settings. Tell us about your operation and we'll confirm which one fits.
Do you install machines?
We help coordinate installation requirements, including electrical, plumbing, filtration, and site readiness. For customers in our local service area, this includes hands-on installation support. We'll confirm exactly what's included for your location on your consultation call.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes. We have an in-house technician who services the machines we sell. That's part of why we're careful about which brands we carry and which machines we recommend, we need to be able to support what we sell.
Should I choose traditional or super-automatic?
It depends on who's operating the machine and how much hands-on control you want. Super-automatics handle grinding, dosing, and extraction automatically, a better fit for rotating or untrained staff. Traditional machines give more control but need a trained operator. We'll help you weigh the tradeoff honestly on your call.
Do you help restaurants, hotels, and offices that have never bought commercial equipment before?
Yes, this is most of what we do. We'll help you choose the machine and grinder, plan for electrical and plumbing needs, and get you set up with coffee and service from day one.
Is financing available?
Financing may be available depending on the machine and buyer profile. We can discuss options after we understand the equipment fit.
Should I browse machines first or request a recommendation?
Either works. If you already have a model in mind, browse our full catalog. If you'd rather not guess, request a recommendation and we'll point you to the right fit based on your specific buildout, no pressure either way.
